The hotel was good. My main complaint, and this surely should have been highlighted at the time of booking, was that the hotel served no alcohol at all. We had to go to the hotel bar next door to get a drink. This should have been made clear within the description of the hotel.

Laut, zu warm, Essen&Gym schlecht, niemals 5*
Einfach ne Katastrophe. Die Zimmer sind unfassbar warm, selbst wenn die Heizung aus ist, Klimaanlage gibt es keine. Morgens fangen die Schneefahrzeuge vom Hotel bereits um 5:50!! An die Pisten auf der Hotelpiste zu befreien, und da diese direkt am Hotelzimmer liegt ist es. Morgens unfassbar laut, sodass ich nicht mal mit Ohrstöpseln weiter schlafen könnte. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde uns von einem männlichen Mitarbeiter gesagt dass die am nächsten Tag später starten würden um 9. Leider ne Lüge, wieder um kurz vor 6. Kissen waren auch eine Katastrophe. Das Essen Kantinenfraß und einheitlicher Geschmack, einem 5* Hotel für so einen lächerlich überhöhten Preis nicht würdig Das Fitnessstudio ist dermaßen schlecht ausgestattet, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Reiner Schein, um wohl 5* bekommen zu können. Kaum Hanteln, kaum Geräte, man kann nicht mal dips oder Klimmzüge machen. Insgesamt einfach nur unfassbar enttäuschend.

Very bad experience
It was very bad. The property was not clean. Carpets are wet. Refrigerator didn’t work. I informed the reception. Nothing was done about this problem. The food was not fresh. I talked to hotels.com agent and informed those problems. I thought to leave on the first day. I asked for this. The agent spoke with the property and returned to me. I told her that I wanted to leave the hotel next day because I waited for the response from the hotel. Unfortunately nobody talked to me. I had booked two days and I paid for these days. On the second day I left the hotel after I talked to hotels.com agent. Another problem is: It is not written in the hotels.com cite that there is no alcoholic drink in the hotel. Please change your page. It is not polite and it is not good as well to disinform the people

Ok stay, not very happy about it.
It was an alright stay, not happy about it though. They were very slow in serving us. For example, I called reception after check in asking for more towels and slippers, and I never got them even though I called multiple times! Steam bath was not working, pool was cold, jacuzzi was not working.

The hotel is quite good
In general the hotel is quite good but there is disadvantage regarding the room service (they did not come to clean the room even the cleaning light was on until i call the reception as well as this ,they did not bring shampoos until i call the reception) .

In dit hotel was alles heel goed. Kamers waren schoon, het eten was lekker en vriendelijke personeel met een glimlach. Daarnaast heb ik mijn vriendin, in dit hotel, ten huwelijk gevraagd. Alles was zeer goed geregeld door de personeel van een mooi plek met taart tot live muziek (muziek naar keuze). It was great experience with this hotel it’s very close to bursa telefreik which make it one of the best hotel.the buffet was great choice and selection

Convenient all includive resort in Uludağ
I loved the hotel from lobby to the panoramic room and from the snack hall with live piano music to the sky fall cafe. The massage and jakozi at the spa was a great experience. The indoor swiming pool was inviting but i could not swim because there was no allocated time for women which i suggested they should have.

Best location for ski
Hotel best location for ski.. Just ski out. Beautiful view of mountain n ski area. Hilltop, Very nice room, comfortable n good facilities. Full board n gd spread of buffet from Bkfast, lunch n dinner. Tea time n supper also inclusive. Highly recommended hotel n family oriented too.

Excelent building, poor service
Hotel physical conditions excelent. The building is new and well decorated. But service was terrible. Also foods not well enough for 5 star hotel.

Amazing hotel
Hotel facilities and condition very good but the only inconvînient was with the receptionist at Check In First of all no Reservation was found and after Long Time waiting it was ok and the second thing about the Room Was different I reserved A big Room 4 beds and I all ready paid an extra for this Room and I have a smal Room one double bed and one single bed and I paid extra to the receptionist to have a quadruple Room like I reserved before. But never mind the hotel is very nice and very amazing and In my opinion after visitîng some hotels In Uludag this hotel is the best and very convinient for all winter activities (ski...) and I recommend it.

Küçük kızım olmasına rağmen beş dakika önce bile odaya alınmadık,zorla sorulara yanıt veriyorlardı.
