"Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude and treated guests as if we were beneath them — acting like we were stupid and they were somehow superior. We had clearly booked a room with breakfast included, but they insisted that our reservation did not include breakfast.
