Excellent value, wonderful service, Thermal pools

We have been staying at Marigold Hotel for many years in the winter. The Thermal pools and Sauna area are a joy for us after cold days on the slopes of Uludag snow mountain. Their breakfast is fantastic and we have enjoyed all these amenities. Excellent value for money with wonderful service and Thermal poolss. We love it and will be back.

The staff was very welcoming, and helpful. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Theirs thermal water & Spa facilities are very good. We have a nice dinner at their top floor restaurant. It had a very good city view , and a fresh air with windows open was fantastic. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I like the cleanness, i like the spa Area close to shopping area. I didn't like that the staff don't speak minimum English and they got frustrated when not understanding. I didn't like the staff of spa overlooking guest all the time and being strict on every rule specially with kids.

Service was very good for most of our stay. On the last day, we had less pleasant experience with the receptionist.She was a little rude and didn't listen to us about a previous arragement with the manager of the hotel but instead focussed on getting us out, and making us feel unwelcome. The rest of the staff were very helpful and polite.

Her zamanki gibi harika. Tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Çıkışımızdan bir gün önceki gece rahatsızlandık. Çıkış saatini uzatmak ve geç çıkış yapmak istedik lafı bile olmaz diyip hemen hallettiler hatta sonrasında konaklamamızı da bir gece daha uzattık. Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Keyifli ve konforlu bir deneyim

Toplamda 3 çocukla 2 aile olarak gittik, 4 gece konakladık. Keyifli bir deneyim oldu. Otel geleneksel bir şehir oteli, konum olarak hem uludağ yolu üstünde, hem de merkeze yakın. Uludağa ücretsiz servisleri de var. Odalar temiz ve büyüklüğü yeterli, ancak 3 kişilik rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen çocuk için ek yatak verildi, bu sizin için sorun olacaksa önceden teyit etmek iyi olabilir. Bir de odamız açık bir cepheye değil, bir iç havalandırma boşluğuna bakıyordu, bizim için sorun olmadı ama sorun olacaksa yine sorulabilir. Isıtma iyiydi, termal havuzlar yarıyıl tatili olduğu için biraz kalabalıktı ama temiz ve yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi, ithal peynirler ve füme somon gibi güzellikler de içeriyordu. Kahvaltı salonu biraz küçük ve penceresiz ama biz yer sıkıntısı yaşamadık. Personel gayet ilgiliydi, yangın güvenlik önlemleri yeterliydi. Sonuç olarak önerebileceğim ve tekrar severek tercih edebileceğim bir otel.
