"Beautiful gardens surround what clearly was a stunning manor house in its day. Met at reception by a cheerful helpful lass who soon had us booked in. Room was very dated and tired and desperately needed a full refresh. A questionable mark on the bed valance caused concern. "The hotel was incredible. The food and drinks weren’t just the best we had while in the UK, but some of the best we’ve ever had worldwide. The consistency of all the drinks and meals was out of this world! Highly highly recommend. "
