"We enjoyed our stay with two teenagers who were so pleased to have their own space. Apartment was clean and very spacious. Communication was clear to access the property and inquiries were responded to promptly. Plenty coffee shops across the road and a Tesco nearby. Easy walk to/from Waverly and the bus station. "

"Great stay!! I arrived early but was able to drop off my luggage. Lukas met me at reception and was very kind and clear with instructions. Beautiful room, no issues whatsoever. The room faced a relatively busy street but I didn't find it noisy at all. Although there is no on-site breakfast, they are kind enough to provide a kitchen area with some basics like bread, cereal and fruit for anyone who wants along with some discount coupons for nearby cafes. "The room was a decent size compared to other properties I have stayed at. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast is basic however it was well cooked. Some haggis at breakfast would have been lovely. The reception/bar area is a nice place to chill and have a drink. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. "
