Hotels in Burnt Store Marina, Punta Gorda

"The staff is super friendly. Rooms weren’t bad, my only true complaint was the sink had a clog and was slow to drain which kept the sink dirty. The bed was comfortable and I didn’t even feel my husband move around. I can’t say I’m a fan of the TV system they have going on. But we were still able to watch tv and it’s not something that would sway our minds to come back. Guests really need to be mindful of room doors. We had neighbors that just let their doors slam closed early in the morning and it’s so disruptive and disrespectful. We also had a dog constantly barking across from us. You could tell the owner was doing something to it as it would help quite a bit. Just know other guests can hear you, even if you think you’re being quiet. "

"Everything about our stay was top notch. The rooms are beautiful, super clean and very comfortable. We had a water view which was great because the weather was not! The pools and spas were FABULOUS! The fitness center was so clean and had something for everyone. We are hoping to spend more time there next winter."

"Room was great. This style of hotel they don't clean unless a long stay. Also you mostly need your own utensils and cook pans, althouhht they dis give me a skilket and pot. Staff very nice and helpful. The location is okay the due to being a very high traffic area you have to be patient."

"This is quite the oasis! It is surrounded by water. Guests have access to one pool and two additional pools a short distance away at a health center. The food on site is good, with additional restaurants on the property (marina side). There is a free boat trip each day to look for dolphins and other marine life. The room had a balcony overlooking the calm marina, which made it just perfect. Parking is easy in a covered parking garage on the property. I liked it so much I booked an additional night. The staff was reasonably friendly but not outgoing. Also, no Starbucks on site or very nearby. Otherwise, great place. "
