"This is a hotel thats in the making. Our room though clean and perfectly adequate overlooked the garden where pople sat but there were no nets or screens. Half window nets would make it possible to shower without embarasement Breakfast great. Coffee in room was out of date. No hooks for coats. Garden needs major work.A little pricy until things get sorted. Lovely owners and family. Things will be OK!"

"Three night stay, excellent meals, great beer and friendly staff. Also organised a wedding anniversary party and that was excellent too. We would definitely go there again."

"A great place to stay in Lowestoft. Excellent value for money. We had the Deluxe room and it was worth every penny. Spacious, comfortable bed, super clean bathroom, tea and coffee. I am a well travelled person and this was super comfortable. The view was amazing, breakfast over the road and free on-road parking. Perfect. The hosts were super kind to make us comfortable with check in and out. A lovely visit to Lowestoft. "

"Our room was as described. Although lack of fresh air was noticable.Front door was audible with every use. Needs lubricating and silencing. Finally could hear next room talking and watching telly."
