Brak pokoju pomimo posiadanej rezerwacji.
Niestety po przyjeździe do pensjonatu okazało się, że o naszej rezerwacji nikt nie słyszał. Poinformowała nas o tym Pani w recepcji, nie wnikając w przczynę takiego stanu rzeczy. Na nic zdały się próby pokazania potwierdzenia rezerwacji. Nie ma i już!
Nie wiem czy zawinił portal czy też pensjonat. Wnioski nasuwają się następujące: jeżeli ktoś wybiera pensjonat Sekuła to nie należy korzystać z portalu Hotels.com. A jeżeli rezerwujemy przez Hotels.com to absolutnie nie w pensjonacie Sekuła.
