"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. It's a new facility, so they are still addressing some mechanical issues, but they are eager to improve and welcome feedback from guests. Great location close to the water with plenty of dining options and a convenient bus stop for exploring other parts of Gozo. I would definitely stay there again in the future. "
