"We got a room on the second floor. But there is no elevator. Why not put us on the ground floor? The room was big enough for two double beds, but the one (king-size) bed was right next to the window and less than 1 door from the AC unit, making for chilly sleeping on that side, and oceans of space on the other side. So we used the too small blanket, which did not smell fresh. Actually, the room did not smell fresh. Especially the shower curtain, which smelled like stale towels. Breakfast was...

"Found a Bed bug in bed although didn’t get bit. Guess that’s a plus. TV or internet didnt work wasn’t able to watch tv. Mostly construction workers were staying there vs. family or tourists."

"Down there when the flood happened and the entire city closed down. There was nothing that the motel could do. Went back 5 days later to retrieve luggage. Motel manager came within 15 minutes to open our room once we found someone who knew his phone number. No issues with stay, we just happened to be there during a disaster."
