Had I traveled with a larger group who stayed for longer, I would have been able to get even more value from the place. My room had 2 queen beds and a daybed for the couch. "My room was super clean. For an older motel it was painted and fresh and new looking and I live parking right in front of my door. The property had baskets of flowers at each door which were stunning. A wonderful touch and the pricing was extremely good considering being the the lakes area of NW Iowa. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again when I'm in the area."

"Down there when the flood happened and the entire city closed down. There was nothing that the motel could do. Went back 5 days later to retrieve luggage. Motel manager came within 15 minutes to open our room once we found someone who knew his phone number. No issues with stay, we just happened to be there during a disaster."
