"The rooms are clean and cleaned every day. They provide two water bottles daily - one still and one sparkling. If you need more, then you purchase it. The design is luxurious. The rooms are spacious enough. The hotel itself is very well-maintained, quiet, and in the heart of the city. The location is just spot on: it is very close to almost all the main sights of the city. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are air-conditioned. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so we can't say much about it. There are plenty of breakfast options nearby."

"‘New’ cosy room was very dated and tired. Don’t be fooled by a courtyard view, these rooms look onto other bedroom windows, it felt claustrophobic and dark. I felt priority was given to group bookings over independent travellers. On the plus side the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was surprisingly good considering the very small and basic shower head. Location was central."

"It was in a good location- close to fisherman’s bastion and across the river from the popular Pest side. Cleaned our room well too. Tried to check in early since we got in at 9am and check in isn’t until 3pm… unfortunately didn’t work but they held our bags for us. They didn’t acknowledge us past check in the 4 days we were there as we entered and exited the hotel multiple times daily. Plus rooms are a lot smaller than I thought they would be… Would say this hotel falls more in the 3/3.5 range."
