The apartment is nice and cosy and with everything you might need (dishwasher and washing machine included) for a few days. The bed is very comfortable and with all the pillows you might need and more. It's nice and warm inside (winter). The only things I didn't like too much are that the shower head cannot be adjusted in height and we found a couple of dirty things from the previous renters (mugs that we needed for breakfast), other than that it was perfect. The instructions to enter the apartment are very clear, and the support is excellent and fast! The position is very close to the centre and there are a few trams in the area that you can take to go around faster. A 24h supermarket is just on the other side of the street. Very quiet area and a few places to eat around too.

Room was very well equipped and modern. However there are some minor issues e.g. cutlery was not cleaned properly and I had to clean them before use. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay. The room stayed cool even when it was 30+ degrees outside, which was really good for sleeping without aircon.

Good and convenient enough location

The building and the studio are very nice and new. It’s not close to tourist attractions but the public transportation system is not too far anyway. And also because of that, the bakeries, eateries, restaurants and brunch places are much cheaper than the city centre but quality is as good! Staff are frequently and helpful! One tram line, 51A, is right outside of the road so if one cares a lot about the noise, it’s something to keep in mind. The place has a kitchen, all kinds of utensils and cutlery, as well as a laundry machine therefore it’s very good for staying long. The ventilation is good in general with the window open, but it’s probably because the ventilation system is connected to the whole building, and there are some smokers therefore the studio smells a slightly bit of smoke.

Excellent apartment, awesome price.

Great location, excellent pricing and beautiful basically brand new apartment. Everything you need to be self sufficient is in the apartment, all you need are groceries. Strangely no show curtain but just means you take a bath or a careful shower.

Communication was terrible. I only received instructions on check in while waiting in front of the apartments block, even though i ask them via phone one day prior to our visit. Wi-fi was not working, so i asked to check it pit snd received no response, only ignorance. Apartment was very clean, that indeed was a good thing.

The apartment was extremely clean and well presented. We had great communication with the hosts and had easy check in details. All contact free via a key safe. We had a balcony, a large television that had a couple of British channels and a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything we needed for a few days away. The apartments are in very easy reach of great transportation links and you could be anywhere in minutes. A few nice eateries right outside (smash burger, kebab, Italian & Vietnamese) and a 24 hour Spar opposite which was very reasonable. Only thing we needed was directions on where the bin storage was as we were unsure where the find this and we did look. Great break.

Amazing only problem the stink since the first day I landed was blocked I called told them about it and then was said that a maintenance guy will be coming the following morning no one has come so it’s just been like that whole trip but overall good a bit dusty too

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. We were on the 3rd floor so thankful for the lift after walking around sightseeing. The kettle didnt work when we arrived, messaged via the app and they replaced it with another one. The washing machine was broken, the lid wasnt attached (top loader). I told the man who came with the new kettle and also sent a message via the expedia app but no-one responded to the message. Other than these 2 issues our stay was great. Location is further out from the centre but had no issues using public transport. Plenty of places to eat nearby as well as shops. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic apartment

A fantastic flat: new, modern, spacious, clean at a good location with a food store across the street open 24 hours ! Several restaurants around and a tram stop near by. We had a balcony facing the street, noisy but interesting to look at the everyday life behind the greenery provided by the tall trees. The apartment is furnished with style and comfort with modern machines (washing machine and dishwasher). We managed to figure out how they work but instructions would not have harmed. We were not able to adjust the climate in the apartment, it was a bit chilly. We were also rigorously looking for the trash disposal place but couldn’t find it. It was neither on the backyard nor in the basement. We would have appreciated a floor brush, a kitchen towel and a small kitchen cloth to wipe surfaces. Otherwise everything was just perfect for an amazing price. We are definitely going to stay here again !

Our stay was comfortable and property is clean & nice. But communication is minimal & unhelpful. I had requested early check in one week before our stay. On the day of check in , when I contacted for availability of early check in, I was sent message to call reception although I have already requested it a week ago! I received entry information at 12:39pm, when we went up around 1.45pm, the cleaner was in the balcony smoking. She wasn’t friendly or helpful either, she asked us to come back at 2.45. And they didn’t leave enough coffee, tea sugar for 3 people for 2 days. We had to request the housekeepers next day. Customer service & communication is very much lacking. I will hesitate to book with hotels.com in future.

This is a nice 2 bedroom apartment that seems very new and clean. However, it didn't seem to be ready for rental as the small things that matter were not fully set up. For example, - no wifi, no resolution, limited response. Internet was not even hooked up nor had an power outlet to plug it into. - no hooks, dish cloth or sponge for dishes, no iron, blow dryer, limited toilet paper - unassembled clothes rack, unassembled pots and pans, no TV due to no wifi IMPORTANT NOTE: - code to front gate/door given was wrong. We had to wait for other tenants to come through to get in. Whatever code they gave, you must press "X" beforehand in order for the front gate to unlock.

Terrible Service:Unmet Requests and Poor Condition

The experience was incredibly disappointing. The communication was absolutely terrible—I had to wait in the car for an hour just to get access to the apartment. Despite the initial price including the city fee, they made me pay it again. The air conditioning worked only on the first day and then stopped completely. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of cooked food in the apartment every day, even though we never cooked. On top of all this, they knew we were a family with a 10-month-old baby and had specifically requested a large bed so we could sleep together. Instead, we were given a small double bed, forcing us to sleep on the sofa to have enough space for all three of us.
