No reason not to stay here

Stayed here for a business trip and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Staff is super friendly, room is modern and clean, Wifi is fast enough to get everything done and the breakfast was excellent.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location about 15 minute walk from the Chain Bridge and the funicular up to Buda Castle. Room was huge with big double bed and sofa bed which the children slept on. Area was very quiet with a playground 2 mins away. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Tea and coffee facilitating the room and some bottles of water all included. We would highly recommend.

This was such a great experience! We came in for a night, and got luck getting a street parking spot just a half a block from the hotel - and it’s free on weekends. The hotel is very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. We were checked in within a few minutes of arrival. The location is amazing. It wasn’t overcrowded or too busy, but still just a couple of blocks away from the Danube and maybe 15 mins walking to the Chain Bridge. Breakfast was very decent with quite a few options. The kids really liked it. Would def recommend it and will stay again when in Budapest.

Public restroom at the busiest bus station in town is much cleaner than the toilet in the room we stayed at. It was never cleaned from underneath and the room where the toilet is smelled like urinal at the army base. The shower was all covered with the mold. I have supporting pictures. Breakfast and location were amazing and made up to the overall impression, but you need to make sure bathroom is taken care of.

It was a large room. That and bathroom were both very clean. The only thing I would like is a shelf in bathroom to place toilet bag and make up bag. That is the best place with a mirror and good lighting when using make up. Everything else was excellent.

Stayed in a room for 3 people (twin bed and sofa bed) Beds were really comfortable but we did have to ask for more pillows and the receptionist wasn’t best pleased with this request. The phone in the room didn’t work and was really dirty, so had to go to reception when we noticed the tv aerial wire was not attached to the box and just exposed wire. Silly things like cups for the ‘free tea’ only 2 cups yet the room was set up for 3 people so we had to ask for a third cup. Breakfast was ok but nothing to shout about. We stay again as good location.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, in der Nähe einer Straßenbahn- und einer Metrostation, und befindet sich dennoch in einer ruhigen Gegend. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings war der Frühstücksraum für die Größe des Hotels relativ klein, sodass es schwierig sein kann, einen Platz zu finden. Die Auswahl an Speisen war ausreichend, wurde jedoch nicht immer nachgefüllt. Wenn man später kommt, ist die Auswahl deutlich eingeschränkt. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel jedoch weiterempfehlen.
