Poloha super, blízko MHD Oktogon, parkování o víkendu zdarma.
Apartmán uvnitř pavlačového domu ve vnitrobloku, naprosto klidný.
Prostorný, pro náš účel cesty ideální, jen dřevěná podlaha vrže.
