"Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there. A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!"

"We are very disappointed with our stay. Despite requesting daily room service, it was only provided once, which did not meet our expectations at all. Additionally, safety is a major concern. The downtown area felt unsafe, with a noticeable presence of homeless individuals around the property. It often seemed like they could enter the hotel whenever staff were not paying attention. There are no proper security measures in place—anyone can access the elevators, and the parking garage is completely...

"The property was out dated and dirty. The rooms smelled like old cigarettes, the tub was dirty with hair and scum. A roach crawled up the wall. The remote did not work. The stairwell close to my room smelled of strong urine. And the view from my room was the empty, disintegrated pool. The gym was locked so that was useless. The only area that was clean was the room for the continental breakfast and the waffle maker worked. I wouldn't stay there if it was free. The Quality Inns in Maryland...

"Our room was nice, and the blackout curtains did their job which is helpful! The coffee shop on-site is appreciated. There were some issues while we were there though. There was about a 10 person line to check in when we arrived. At night, we got locked out of our room. When we went to the lobby to seek assistance, one staffer didn’t look up or acknowledge us as we waited patiently for him to help us, and another hotel guest just walked right up to his counter space and got help before us. ...

"Breakfast minimal, broken hairdryer stained towels and linens , grounds not well kept, staff entered our room without knocking, a non English speaking man came in while we were in the room and rushed in took all our towels and garbage without even explaining what he was doing,poor tv channel choices,a iron without an ironing board,no kleenex"
