The apart hotel is just beside De Broukere metro station so it’s convenient. The kitchen has everything you need, including beer bottle opener and corkscrew. The best part I think is the water dispenser machine at the lobby, you can even choose sparkling/ soda water if you like. The staff are friendly especially Manuel! Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Brussels, though I wish the price is slightly lower.

No cleaning provided at property as it is an “aparthotel” so any cleaning or change of towels come at an additional price. Microwave wasn’t working and water dispenser at level 1 broke down at some point. Homeless people live outside and the immediate outside of the hotel is absolutely disgusting in the morning from people’s activities the night before as it’s in a Central Area. It was generally safe though as u have to tap into the entrance with your key card.

Really good stay. Only thing that’s needs improvement is the towels. They were grey and hard and not pleasant to use. Did have them changed and the second set were not any better. Other than that great stay and would use again

The studio guest room was nice and large and contained evergthing I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helped with my requests. Unfortunately there are building works going on in the building opposite the hotel so I was often woken early by banging and loud noises. I was also surprised to find that the gym was not a gym at all but actually just a room containing a rowing machine, stepper and water machine. Very disappointed as this was one facility I required for my stay and was left with no means to exercise.

We had a lovely stay in the studio room. The staff were really helpful and let us drop off our bags before check-in and after we had checked out. Location is very central but the room was nice a quiet. Would definitely stay again

Stayed for 4 nights. Always up by 7am not by choice. Major construction / demolition of a huge building infront of the hotel. Jackhammer noise from 7am until about 3-4pm everyday. It’s okey if you have day tours , the jackhammer noise is your sure alarm clock . There’s really nothing the hotel can do but to move you farthest from the construction . Other than that the hotel is outstanding .

My husband and I stayed here for seven days to visit Belgium. Check in was easy once we paid our entire bill before we saw the room. The location is perfect. The shops and restaurants are all around. Grand Place is a five minute walk. The Christmas markets were right next door. Even with the crowds of the Christmas markets, I never felt unsafe. The room was adequate with plenty of storage for our luggage and our clothes. The tub is extremely deep and my husband, who is older, had a difficult time getting in and out. There were two major problems. The first is that next door creates a constant noise issue from 7 a.m with an industrial jack hammer. This is no fault of the hotels. The problem is that we were awakened each day at 7 am with the sound of the construction. The second problem is that there is no maid service until day eight. We are used to an every other day service in the other hotels. I was told that if I needed service and who doesn't after a few days, that it would cost appox. 30 euros. I was also told that I could request new towels and IF THEY HAD THEM, they would exchange them for me. The best parts of our stay were, a.. the location, the staff was very friendly, the use of a laundry on site, the amenities in the room including the dishwasher and kitchen equipment and very strong WiFi. The negative aspects are a. an uncomfortable bed, foam-like pillows, lack of maid service, construction noise and broken equipment in the room.

Nice location. It is right above the subway station. Easy access, just one stop from the Central Station. Close to Grand Place. Supermarkets and shops and nice restaurants are around. The room has a kitchen and a bath tub with shower that are really comfortable to use. Air-conditioned. If I have a chance to come back, I'd like to stay here next time. 便利で、セントラル駅から地下鉄で一駅。地下鉄の駅のショッピングセンターにある。地下鉄は1か5を使うと良い。 バスタブとキッチン、エアコンがあり、暑い夏でも快適でした。周りにはスーパーもレストランも沢山あります。

Excellent hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful thoughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. A very pleasant, positive atmosphere. About a 15 minute walk from the central station or 2 minutes on the underground, which is next door to the hotel. Situated in quite a lively area, but didn’t hear too much noise from in the hotel room. Within easy walking distance to all the central attractions. Ideal hotel for a city break. Loved the mini kitchen in the room.

Very good choice to stay at Adagio
The front staff, especially a lady whose name starts with the letter G, is very helpful and friendly. The facilities inside the room is very good, such as the heating rack in the bathroom and a very good refrigerator. The location of the hotel is perfect. The subway station, cafes, and a grocery store are all right next to or in front of the hotel.

La personne qui nous a accueilli l' avant-midi du 26 mai a été d'une gentillesse. Nous avons pu avoir un early check-in assez rapidement. Je ne connais pas le nom de cette personne mais je sais qu'il reste à Ostende. Merci aussi de nous avoir apporté des cartes et livres de Gand et Bruges cela à vraiment fait la différence pour notre séjour. Tout le personnel était très sympathique. J'aurais mis un 5 pour le personnel mais il y a une personne que j'ai moins aimé car il n'était jamais capable de répondre à nos questions. Il ne pouvait pas nous expliquer le fonctionnement du micro-ondes ni répondre à nos questions sur le train car il m'a dit ne jamais prendre le train. Il ne semblait pas très intéressé de nous aider. J'ai mis 3 pour la propreté car l'hôtel aurait besoin de rafraîchissement. Grosse tache sur la moquette au 5ème.Les murs de notre appartement sales aussi .Les joints dans la salle de bain noirs. Le lit très confortable. Par contre même au 5ème étage côté rue on entendait le bruit provenant de la rue. Mais très tranquille dans l'hôtel. Cuisine très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout pour cuisiner.

Excellent location and services
The location is excellent. It is of a stone throw distance to the Grand Place. The services offered by different members of staff were perfect. I would say their attitude of servicing travellers is of key importance to making their hotel management a success.
