"I always enjoy fishing off the dock. It’s the main reason I stay there. It’s nice not having a large group of people around when I’m trying to fish. Of course the rooms are always nice and feel inviting. Staff has always been nice and helpful."

"The property was good. Great locations! The representative was friendly. the phone didn't work. There was a beer bottle left in the window. The room needed more wash clothes. We only had 2. Since we had a double queen bed I thought we would have at least 3 of everything. Rooms has kitchen but no pots. We had a great time. "

"The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be. The building is old and there is no elevator. This was not an issue for us, but maybe for others. There were a lot of areas in the room that were not clean. There was paper on the floor, toothpaste on the mirror, and red mold around the drain in the tub. I would not choose to return to this hotel. I did love the staff though."

"The room was clean and the bed was too soft for me and my wife but we are in our 70’s and a firmer bed is an item we need. We would like to know if the room is on the second floor with no elevator and very steep stairs and no platform to stand on when you climb 15 steps with luggage. They did not have another room for a suitable switch. It was probably my fault because I didn’t specify certain needs."

"Our room was more then what we expected. Clean and spacious. Nice view of the pool and grounds. Loved that they have many seating areas. We will be back."

"Well the first room the frezzer was stuck closed and the ac didn’t ever kick on. So they moved me. The second room was better but when I turned on the water I heard a loud banging noises. The bed was comfortable though I will give them that. "

"I forgot my wedding ring in the room, and I noticed it about two hours after I checked out. I called the hotel, and they said nothing had been returned from my room. I explained where I might have dropped it, and one of the staff members went to check, but it was not found. Other than that, everything else was good."
