"The breakfast was cooked to order and it was amazing. We had a mishap and our server fixed it immediately. The rooms were clean and our housekeeper was very nice not giving a hassle for needing extra towels and rags. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, it was clean and they even had pool towels that could be used. "

"Overall very good experience. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. The breakfast is pretty basic and no real amenities (there is an outdoor pool) but for the price can’t beat it. "

"We love staying here because of the location, but it is a bit overpriced for what you get. One of the bedrooms is literally just that. A room with a bed. No tv, not even a bedside table. Nowhere to even put your clothes. "

"We were put in a handicap room and we did not request this. Our lights did not work and the staff just said it’s the only room we have. No apology or request to address the issue. My husband had to find the breaker and trip the switch for lights and he also had to attach the toilet seat! The worst hotel experience I have ever had! "

"1. You couldn't ask for better parking. Under the hotel parking. 2. Signage might need to be better directing guest to the reception desk. Several people asked how to get to it. Honestly the elevator and stairs were right there but I missed focusing in and realizing where to go at first glance or two. 3. "The floor was "swepted" but was not clean. I thought the bathroom doorknob was on backwards, but then I realized the door was removed and rehung upside down. The pillows were very thin. THE shower was good, very generous with the hot water, the a/c worked well and the staff was nice. Overall, I really wasn't impressed."

"The room was clean. The only thing I didn't understand is why they do not put garbage bags in the cans. Other than that I had no problems at all"

"Good breakfast. Bed cover not like what I saw on internet on multiple pictures of stripped overlay over white comforter, just white comforter. Also no shampoo as shown in the pictures too were in the room; I asked the front desk. AC was good. Beds very comfy. TV good with good selection. I had expected suite with 2 queens as picture was confusing but description just said 2 queens. Oversall room was ok. My suggestion is to have humidifier in the hallway possibly as Sleep Inn does for humidity...
