"Staff friendly. Room clean. Bar poorly stocked. Breakfast too expensive at £24pp so ate out. Overall the Hotel is looking neglected and lost its prestigious ambiance. No Elemis products in the bathroom and room service on request. We are returning guests however judging on this stay would not recommend."

"Lovely variety of breakfast dishes to choose from 😊 Reception staff were very helpful organising taxi service for us."

"Excellent stay - conveniently located at the airport. A bus stop outside made getting into the city easy. I will stay again."

"Had a great time here, staying for most of a week in a twin suite with my daughter. Lovely hotel, staff were really polite and friendly. Great breakfast, nice pool and gym. WiFi was fast and stable the whole time. Able to cast to the room's TV without issues. Super convenient for walking to the nearby Edinburgh Park tram stop and train station, so getting in and out of city centre was so easy - didn't need the car once. On which note, parking is a daily fee to a separate parking company,...

"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, except for a very disturbing incident that happened shortly before checkout, at around 10 a.m. The cleaner came to my room twice. The first time, he opened the door and walked in. I immediately told him to leave. A little while later, he came into my room again. I told him three times not to enter, but he ignored me and insisted on coming in anyway. After seeing me naked, he left the door open and did not leave the room. Instead, he stood there staring at...

"Personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y nuevo, descansamos excelente además afuera pasa un bus que llega directo al centro de la ciudad, y al rededor del hotel está muy bonito con mucha naturaleza"

"Friendly staff, top facilities"

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good (choice, portions, and taste). We found the options of rolls with drinks at breakfast a great cost effective option for those with smaller appetites and the kids. Plenty of parking. I think it could be useful to include a breakfast menu card in the room as that would allow guests to recognise the options and value available. Very nice area with large park area next to the hotel. We were in one of the annex rooms on the upper...

"Wonderful stay"

"Todo muy biueno"

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights toward the end of our trip to Scotland. The hotel is housed in an older building, but the bathrooms have been nicely updated. Overall, we found our room comfortable, although with the colder weather, it was somewhat difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. One important consideration is that the hotel does not have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs, depending on your room's location. I also had breakfast at...

"Such a great hotel! The amenities were over the top for the price point. So conveniently located and the rooms comfortable and beautiful. No view and the window was against an alley that was very loud at night, however they cleverly put a big door to close and it rid all sounds when closed."

"Great location and a stunning castle view. Staff were great."
