"Friendly, bright, clean and cheery. The only reason I couldn’t give this room absolutely 100% marks is they had defrosted the mini fridge and left towels on the floor and there was standing water all around. It wasn’t horrible. I used towels from the bath to sop up extra and there was a smell inside fridge which I did not use. Otherwise totally clean and updated room and building. Great waffles, get your coffee and OJ somewhere else. It’s not Starbucks. Ha. But hey, it’s included. I’d stay again anytime and highly recommend!"

"Had to book this last minute and there was not much available in my price range. This hotel turned out to be a real gem. The facilities are older but have been upgraded significantly. You get a real "bed and breakfast" feel but with a crisp, clean and fresh presentation. The breakfast was delicious. Hotel sits on a sprawling campus so it is not a "city" hotel. "

"This property was originally chosen because it was a convenient distance from my family reunion. But it was so much more. The breakfasts were exceptional. It is the first time we have ever stayed in a place that varies their daily offerings. Also, it is close to grocery stores and movie theatters. We will be back every August."
