"Breakfast was great but the front staff were not pleasant."

"We had to ask for our room to be serviced, yet they never showed up. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Common area garbages were overflowing in the lobby after the concert and still there the next morning. Very overpriced for the venue and quality of service. "

"We had got room service, ordering supper after a long drive and it arived hot and fast. Valete parking was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly. Highly recommend staying there. The only issue is dealing with the trafic to get in when its busy, but everything is in walking distance once you are there. "

"This was my third stay at this hotel. The first time was amazing. my kids loved the pool. The second time, the pool was closed, which was disappointing since that’s why I booked it. This time I came with my husband and was excited for the hot tub and gym, but the hot tub wasn’t working and all the cardio machines were out of order. I still like the hotel, but I hope everything is fixed next time."

"If you plant to stay at the great wolf lodge try to get tickets for The Whole day not at 4 pm and the pool close at 8 pm how do you enjoy anything and the wait was an hour because of the clerk mistake. I tried to enjoy it but time was to little "

"The air conditioner was good. The hallways were generally clean. There were stains on the carpet and walls in the room. "

"Bartender was great, explained different food and drinks they offered. Our room faced construction site right below on the street so couldn’t really sleep past 7:30- everyone working was wonderful. "
