"It’s truly a shame how neglected this beautiful property is. Only thing it has going for it at this point is the view. The exterior is unkept and there is bird poop everywhere. Lobby is dirty, elevator is disgusting, don’t look at the walls and base boards. Pool was a no as soon as we seen it. The pool door to the exterior didn’t even have a door knob? Strange smells everywhere. Seems they have employees doing multiple jobs waitressing and working the front desk. They looked less than thrilled to be there and could still be in high school. Don’t look under the beds it’s disgusting. The halls are extremely loud because they removed the carpet and put rock tiling? you can hear everything. Needs a complete redo. Such a shame was beautiful when Hilton was involved."
