"The location of this property was within walking distance of almost everything you woul want to do in Milwuakee. The staff was always helpful and had great suggestions on where to visit ans always helpful with whatever we needed. The coolest hotel we have stayed at with all the art in the galleries and little details in each room and on each floor."

"We arrived at 12.30, our room was ready but we couldn’t check in unless we paid $25. Just odd. I have never encountered this before even at a Hyatt even though the staff member said it was company policy. Everything else was good except our room was not cleaned."

"Stayed one night in Milwaukee for Summerfest and chose this hotel for proximity. It was a great choice for location and amenities. Beautiful historic building with an amazing staircase and atrium. Had a corner room which was spacious with a high ceiling. Two blocks from Historic Third Ward which is loaded with restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to Summerfest. The front desk staff was top notch with info and assistance. This was the prefect hotel."

"Was okay, nothing special. Since I’m not 21 I called to make sure I could check in, was told it would be no problem. When we got there I was asked if anyone that was 21 would be checking in, I told her no and that I had called before hand and was told it would be no problem. She had to go talk to her manager, we were able to stay but I felt communication between staff may not be very good. Just glad we didn’t have to find a different hotel during summer fest."

"Room poorly ready for guests. No shower mat, shower gel TOTALLY EMPTY, floor lamp did not work, carpet buckled upon entry which was dangerous. Breakfast inferior- cold, greasy sausage patties, milk carafe empty, oatmeal cold, 2 apples in badkwt, no other fruit. Parking garage impossible to find and we were forced to use valet."

"部屋の広さは充分で、清掃もきちんとされていて良かった。2泊したが滞在中の部屋の掃除やタオルの交換はされなかった。 朝食は毎日少しずつ違うメニューが並ぶようで飽きない工夫がされていたし、ロビーにはお水やコーヒーがいつでも飲める環境が整っていたところも良かった。 ホテルに隣接しているレストランはテイクアウトもできたので、部屋で食べることもできたしおいしかった。 シャワーの水圧が弱めなところは少し残念だった。"

"We loved the Iron Horse!! Location was fantastic, we walked to several places from the hotel. The room was gorgeous and huge, very comfortable. I agonized over where to stay in milwaukee and really happy with this hotel. The lobby has an oddly strong scent of aftershave that made us laugh. The valet are really friendly, front desk was great too!"
