"The staff were very helpful, going above the call of duty.Breakfast was cooked well and according to ones taste. The shower was clean and good. Parking is off road and was easily available.On one occasion we had to park in paid parking just round the corner, which is plentiful. The building is well maintained. Communication was good"

"Everything was fair and good, nothing to complain about, The hotel is situated not far from the Town Centre, 5 minutes walk.The hotel could do with a lift , as my bedroom was on the second floor, and stairs can be dangerous.I would defiantly go back there again."

"This accommodation is excellent. It is a converted boat which was built in 1839 and used as a floating lighthouse off the east coast of England. The owners are polite and helpful and are on site."

"Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we could only get luke warm water in the bathroom. First day only one coffee machine was working so quite a long queue. The other machine was fixed the next day.."

"Carpet in the room had a musky odor. Floor fan too loud for anyone to stay in the room and there's no air conditioning in any of the rooms, or so we were told. Otherwise clean environment and good breakfast variety."

"The property was in a fairytale house in a magical location. All the little extra touches - such as bathrobes and slippers. daily complimentary water, chocolate etc - were truly the icing on the cake. The staff showed a real pride in working at the Castle and truly helped to set the atmosphere. Check-in and out were brilliant. The restaurant was superb with a jaw-dropping view of the Castle and sumptuous breakfast. If you think I seem enthusiastic it is because I am!"

"All my needs were met, plus, there was a fridge with proper milk in it for me. Also some breakfast foods and yoghurt, cereal, fruit and all hot drinks with a kettle. I had everthing I needed and had two very good night's sleep. I met the cleaner in the morning and she was extremely friendly and made sure I had my supplies replenished there and then."
