"The staff was very helpful as soon as I arrived, even checking me in early at no extra cost because my room was ready. Room was very clean and the a/c kept the room super cool during this heat wave. Bed was a little too firm, which, as I,ve experienced, was on par for all of the nice places that Iโve stayed in while in Europe. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Lovely staff, great rooms, pool was lovely but busy. The biggest single let down was breakfast. It was OK nothing special but charging ยฃ4 for a speciality coffee and then ยฃ6 to upgrade your breakfast for a come of extra bits was just cheap and penny pinching. I typically spend 100+ nights a year in hotels from 3* to 5* and the breakfast thing stuck out out bad."

"The hotel is very clean and ideally located, with shops nearby and an adventure centre with cinema and other entertainment facilities just across the road. We booked a family room and it was great, very spacious and clean. I requested a cot for my baby and it was in the room when we got there. The swimming pool and other facilities were wonderful, and we all enjoyed it. The bar/restaurant was great too and they were showing the World Cup final on the big screen which was brilliant for my husband and 10 year old who are football mad. The staff were lovely, talked us through the self check in and out. They also assisted very promptly when we realised our shower had no bodywash, just shampoo and handwash. There were a lot of positives and weโd definitely book again. The only things that let us down a bit was that the room was at the far end of the corridor so there was a lot of walking to get to it. It seems the closest exit was blocked off for some maintenance work, which we arenโt holding against them as it is temporary. It was very warm in the night and there was no where to get water, which for me as a breastfeeding mum was disappointing. I tried to message the team on the designated platform, I even went down to reception in the early hours to try and get some water but to no avail. I assumed thereโd be a water dispenser or a vending machine at least. Otherwise a good stay, seems they are fixing a few things in the hotel which is promising. I would highly recommend"
