"Friendly, helpful staff, immaculate room and comfortable bed. Also very good location to walk into Canterbury. The only small negative was limited tea, coffee, milk and no bottled water in the room but overall I would highly recommend."

"部屋は清潔で、空調もしっかり効いていた。洗面台、シャワーの水圧、トイレの水量も十分で、しっかり排水され水回りのトラブルも無かった。電気設備等の不備もなく、快適に過ごせた。朝食について、6時からという案内表示されていたが6時30分になってもまだ準備ができていない日があった。またコーヒーメーカー2台のうち1台は故障しており、パントースター2台のうち1台は不調だった。朝食メニューは品数も多く満足のいく内容だった。冷蔵庫が無いのは残念な点だった。"
