"Staff were spot on and very helpful, room was immaculate, had everything you could ask for, controllable colour lighting, tele, a big bathroom and underfloor heating throughout which you could control, very classy feeling to the hotel and in a very ideal location for transport. Has its own bar/restaurant including the rooftop which was really nice too"

"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "

"Room was a good size, but not very clean and a bit rundown. Communication with the host wasn't great and no tea in the room. At the price paid, it was disappointing. Won't be staying again!"

"Nice welcome and great room and service. Shame all the sofas in the lobby and bar area are always blocked from students with laptops."
