"Summary: they charged me a bogus fee for using a bed that should have been included in my reservation. It felt like a bait and switch and I really didn't like it. I booked a room for a family of five people. I was placed in a room with one queen/king sized bed, two twin beds, and a full/queen pull out sofa. Should be fine as there are 6 bed spaces in the room. "Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The apartment wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard, with uncleared food and drink stains on the blinds, marks all over the walls, soap scum throughout the bathroom, and even holes in the towels.
