"I have mixed feelings about this property. It describes itself as a luxury hotel. The location is good, very walkable, safe area near the river with good views. The rooms were clean, well appointed and as described. The lobby and restaurant were lovely. The gym was well equipped with both free weights (up to about 40kg dumbbells) and cable machines, but a little tight on space. The issues arose with the pool and spa area. "Novotel was great for a one night stay after an international flight. It was clean and comfortable and room service food was fine. Note there was no shuttle available from the airport to the hotel in the early evening - Uber was available. Don't book the personalized transfer options."
