"I visited Cosmos Apartments in 2024 and enjoyed it so much I returned on this visit. Another very comfortable stay. Apartment is well equipped and in a great location with the River Cat and bus services nearby. Lots of restaurants, cafes and a local Coles within easy walking distance. Dealing with Reception and Housekeeping is a joy - they are both so very friendly and helpful."

"The room was nothing like the picture provided, curtains were broken in all rooms, the room was in need of much needed update in maintenance. The lift from the car park to the ground floor in the morniing is almost nonexistent as cleaning staff occupy all lifts for approx 15 mins before anyone offers to let you on and then conversations are had between the staff in a foreign language where they all laugh and look at you! Not acceptable at all!!"

"The room was a little tired, with the air-conditioning making strange noises, which meant it was a little cold. The balcony door wouldn't lock. The pool was good but overall I didn't feel like it was value for the money I paid."

"Reasonable place for an overnight stay and nice and close to the heart of the Valley. I think next time it would have been good to know if there was any unexpected marches on the day, as the roads were blocked off, to plan for check outs - especially needing to catch a flight. Staff were friendly and helpful though."
