"Très bonne situation pour visiter les lacs, malheureusement nous avons du partir un jour plus tôt suite au décès de la mère de mon épouse, l' hôtel nous a fait payer la nuit réservée, la 4eme sur 3, un peu déçus de cette façon de faire, personne à l'accueil avant 10h30, nous avons du attendre pour revenir en France dans cette situation d'urgence"

"Excellent stay, didn't put 5* cause the beds were not comfortable"

"Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were amazing with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. Getting the bus was no problem stopped right outside the hotel, there was also a courtesy bus into Luganda where you can get a boat around the lake stopping at villages on route. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"Excellent place"

"Amazing view, great resort."

"A nice location of the hotel by the lake. We only booked 2 hrs before arrival (3 people) and got a big room with a view to the lake. The breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly. Close to attractions and bars/restaurants. Parking just across the road from the hotel."

"Location is good and convenient. Continental Breakfast was great with variety."

"Beautiful lake front property that includes a great extensive breakfast. Staff was so courteous, I felt pampered and at home."

"pick up from airport and drop off great breakfast , amazing room didn’t had to wait at all top notch service"

"Great location and price."

"Excellent hot breakfast, old building but modernized, cost very reasonable, very helpful management was able to have some English speaking channels added to my tv, wow. There’s a restaurant on site as well. Being right next to the train station is a big plus, but trains are infrequent and there’s no elevator or escalator. And no direct service to the airport or to Milan. There’s not much to see in the town itself but it’s very close to Arona by train (four minutes). From Arona you can get...

"A recently renovated property that feels like you're staying at vineyard, yet is only a few minutes drive from Lugano center."
