Room was warm, spacious and clean. We were in a downstairs room, which was quite noisy with other guests using the stairs outside the room and the adjacent rooms. Bathroom was super and room was well equipped with hairdryer, fridge, iron and ironing board.

I wasnt expecting much as it was so cheap but i was pleasantly surprised. Rooms are spotless and cosy (although bathroom airfreshener was extremely overpowering.) Sea Spray
Room was spacious, bed was super comfy, street was quiet. There are very few things I could mention as everything was really good. I decided not to drive and took the train. Glad I did - traffic and parking in Brighton is a nightmare. Would be happy to book again if I come to Brighton.
