"We stayed here for two nights as a family of four. Overall, the experience was in line with what we expected from a two-star hotel, so we did not have high expectations.
The biggest asset is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our family room was exactly as shown in the photos, the beds were comfortable, and we appreciated that each guest received both a large and a small towel.

"The room was good but bathroom plugs etc needed repair. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to ask for water to be delivered to room.
The staff were very helpful but had to request room to be cleaned on one of the days. Had waited patiently until 4.00 p.m. We had been forgotten.
On our last day there was a conference which was to last a week. Hundreds of people in reception area and lounge area. Very very noisy and nowhere for other guests to go to get away from the noise. We had booked...
