"We knew we were not allowed to check in before 4pm, but we thought there might be wiggle-room as we were going to a concert and had a taxi booked. They stored our luggage and said it would be fine to check in after our concert. We returned at 11pm. There was no room. We were kept waiting until well after midnight until they found one. "Perfect location. Lovely relaxing seating in the lounge area. We had a see view room with two extremely comfortable chairs in the bay window. Everything in the room is complementary including tonic waters. We would definitely stay at this hotel when re visiting the area.
On returning to the hotel after an evening out, the waiter even made our group cocktails that were not on the cocktail menu, this made a perfect end to a fantastic visit."
