"Location was great and host did respond quickly however the property was in no way suitable for 4 people like it stated and was one of the dirtiest places we have ever been to stay in. We did not stay in the property as we felt very uncomfortable and disappointed. They’ve refused to compensate us in any way. For this reason I would not recommend staying here."

"Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. At the end of the road are loads of decent eateries as well as a lovely pub with excellent bar staff. There's on street parking outside, free overnight to 9am, and then £6.50 for 4 hours. I think you likely have to move...

"Fantastic location, easily walkable to all the great shopping, nightlife, restaurants, beach that Brighton has to offer but far enough off the beaten track to be quiet at night. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms were perfect for my family of four adults. Excellent kitchen, living room and outdoor space. But, both the bathrooms need TLC (especially upstairs) and the laundry room has a smelly case of mold."
