"Lovely location very near the beach and within a 20-30 minute walk into the main city centre, pier etc. The room itself was clean, a little compact with two beds but plenty of space for luggage etc. nice to have a sink in the room and the toilets/bathrooms were on multiple floors. Generally clean and tidy although several times we went to the bathrooms with blocked toilets and/or no toilet paper which wasn’t great. "Lovely large sea view room that was nicely decorated and had a super king bed and bath and shower . Very high ceilings and large full height windows gave an excellent sea view. The only downside was noisy traffic outside but ok if you use earplugs ."

"I booked 3 rooms. At check in 1 of the rooms had not been cleaned. There were viagra tablets left on bedside cabinet, wine bottles in the bin and bed had not been made. Staff were extremely apologetic and instantly provided a new room. There were no problems with the other 2 rooms. They were all clean and the location perfect for the seafront and Brighton Lanes. Despite the problem with the room not being cleaned I would definitely rebook again"

"Booked 2 rooms one for us and one for our son who is now 18 and does not want to share his room was huge clean tidy and my son loved his stay We had a normal size double that was lovely the only downside is I’m disabled And getting in and out as there is not much turning space The lifts are there just not the room for turning."

"Good location in Brighton near all the local spots. Air con situation was a pain, we called to check the room had air con before booking they said yes so we booked then got to the hotel and were put in a non air con room. We asked to move to an air con room and they moved us so had no idea why they didn’t put us in that room in the first place. I wouldn’t book here again as clearly can’t rely on whether you will get an air con room or not. Everything else was good apart from this situation but it is off putting."
