"The Hotel was very clean and also the room, check in was a FAFF but we got it sorted. Staff were helpful, until the FIRE ALARM went off. NO STAFF to be found in a emergency, thankfully things were fine, as it was a false alarm. Guests were puzzled by the lack of staff, in a emergency! But overall the stay was fine with no other issues thankfully."
