"On our 2nd and final night we returned at 22h30 to find a faulty door lock so could not enter the apartment. Tried calling agent but no answer just a message saying ti call a certain number. It was the same number so what was the point of that message! So had to find a hotel late at night and had only clothes we were stood up in. "Amazing hotel, far exceeded the expectations. Great comfortable beds, great excellent bathroom and bath products. Really nice and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Beach towels for the beach. Parking on site for 15 euros and we were able to keep the car there till 4 pm on the check out day. "
