"Great place to stay! We missed our flight (and had trouble at the rental car center) getting us in super late. We called to let them know and they were gracious enough to accommodate us. The front desk stayed until we were all checked in and our car was valeted. We were driving a long distance after our stay and asked for a late checkout. They couldn't do much longer than Noon but offered it to us for a small fee. We were pretty happy about it because we were so tired after all of our travel complications. Our room was pristine and it was nice to have a long hot bath in a beautiful, deep tub complete with soaking salts. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and that Honey Bee Latte was one of the best coffees I've ever tasted! What a great way to start the morning. The valet crew was so nice helping us as we left, it really set the tone for that day and left us feeling like we made the right choice in hotels."

"You only stay here for the proximity to the National Harbor. The hotel is very poorly maintained and not very clean Staff are friendly and helpful where they can be Breakfast is not fantastic"

"Property was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Heated floors in bathroom was a nice surprise touch. Highly recommend and will stay again. A little pricy for the size of the room, but overall very happy with my stay"

"The breakfast is horrible with little to no good options.No spinach or Salmon options..I literally am in love with the hotel and always make it my business to stay when I come to town.The whole staff is A1 and should be awarded for the impeccable service provided..But that breakfast needs some serious work."
