In my experience at most hotels, if you have a problem with the internet, the staff usually kind of shrug. Not Renata and Bela. They swung into action identifying the problem and then ended up moving us to be to a closer router. They really went above and beyond in my estimation and saved what could have been a disappointing stay. Thanks to them both. On top of that the rooms here are good sized, spic and span and well equipped."
