We are very sorry if your stay was not satisfactory, but we want to clear the only point concerning your review (you don't mentioned nothing about the room, breakfast, other service...). About the outside swimming pool in Expedia reservation page is clearly written that you must to pay € 15,00 per day/entrance, and if you book a room with Expedia is clearly that you agree this conditions. We hope to see you again in the future, and we are very happy to welcoming you another time, without this misunderstanding, because our Resort does not deserve the valutation 1/5 only for the outside pool incident. Unfortunately all you have said is not correct because € 100,00 was the price for all extra and not only the pool but restaurant, pool and bar. You can control in your invoice. Con assoluto rammarico abbiamo letto la Sua recensione parzialmente positiva, ci dispiace di non essere riusciti a soddisfare le Sue aspettative in merito alla camera. Ci permettiamo però di sottolineare che il nostro staff e la nostra Direzione hanno cercato di assistervi e darvi un'alternativa valida per tutto il tempo, in modo collaborativo ed efficace, dimostrato anche concretamente stornando la differenza di cui Lei ha parlato. Per quanto riguarda la piscina esterna a pagamento, questa informazione è riportata sulla pagina di prenotazione di Expedia, pertanto confermando la prenotazione si accettano anche le condizioni esposte, in caso di dubbi o maggiori chiarimenti di solito si chiama direttamente l'Hotel. Faremo comunque più attenzione alla manutenzione ordinaria nelle camere e faremo tesoro dei Suoi preziosi consigli.
