"Terrible stay. We booked two rooms. Bed broken in one. The other room the tv was broken. We were placed in new rooms- AC broken, another TV was broken. Linens never came despite calling down to front desk multiple times. Had to wake my kids up to walk to the front desk for linens we requested pre booking. No creamer for coffee, breakfast was late. Not worth the 500 bucks I paid for two rooms. Wish I could get a refund"

The way to the airport was fine, but upon our return, we called the number provided to let them know our flight had been delayed (call at 9:06PM) and to make sure we’d still be okay for the shuttle. "Disgusting hotel, don’t stay here. My sheets had 5 hairs and stains when I pulled back the sheets, hair was also all over the bathroom floor. I switched rooms because I so grossed out. My new room luckily wasn’t covered in hair but everything from the towels, pillowcases and chairs had visible stains from who knows what. My bathroom light didn’t work, there were finger prints on surfaces in both rooms. There was something orange in the grout in the bathroom, I was so put off at this point i...

"Piscine non ouverte, alors que j'avais réservé le matin même et qu'ils n'y avait aucune mention que ladite piscine était fermée. nous avions trois enfants et il faisait 30 degré Celsius. Le déjeuner était très ordinaire. Si je compare à un autre hôtel de la même chaine c'est à dire Best Western Plus"
