Everything was great except for stains around the TV, and the light fixture above the shower was hanging out of the ceiling which was a little scary because of wires showing. Overall good decent place to stay.

We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to our room due to the elevator was down . No one offered a discount or nothing .

Staff was awful. We weren’t able to check in until 2 hours after check in due to not having a room available, I spoke with the GM who staff lied to and stated we requested a specific room, not other room was ever offered. Staff was ridiculing guests at breakfast, would not recommend. Also received a random charge on a card used at booking for not used to pay with at the hotel that was never returned. Its also in a less than desirable area where everything closes at 10 pm

Decent area. Room ok. Staff friend.Blinds damaged and had to spend a lot of time fixing. Chairs sticky. Pull out mattress was horrible. Only suitable for a small child. Breakfast was a total mess. Very little to eat at 0940. Area a mess. Tables a mess. No hot coffee avail (2 times). Hot water not hot. Ended up going to Dunkin.

Bad experience

I booked the reservation about 3 weeks in advance via hotels.com. I received an confirmation email after reservation. After 10 hours long driving that day, when we get to the hotel to check-in, we were told we didn't have a reservation. They turned us away at 10:00 pm on that night. I never had such a bad experience in my life. Even more radicular, we found out we were charged $140 by the hotel later.
