Enjoyed this Branson getaway, loved the pool bar and restaurant options. The Starbucks was nice as well Staff friendly and speedy. Room was comfortable, has shampoo and conditioner, coffee and bottled water. Did not love the late check in times (4pm) and early check out times,(10am) pool was wonderful and hot tub too yet too many little kids over ran the whole area..wish they offered a quiet time for adults with pool bar access. Would enhance the experience. Parking is downhill so if you go during the icy season...be careful. For the price on Expedia, it was definitely a good deal!!

It wasn't necessarily that there is limited dining, it is that the breakfast bar was definitely low grade compared to what we paid. $12.95 per person for an average hotel's "continental" type breakfast disappointed us. There wasn't even pancakea or waffles 😕 The check-in process was wonderful! We were awoken with a knock at the door by housekeeping wanting to know if we were going to stay longer 2 hrs before check-out! That was NOT good!

This is my go-to stay whenever I come to Branson because it is very affordable but also in great condition. We have always had comfortable, spacious, and clean rooms. The on site amenities are so nice. Being able to step down to hangout at the bar, eat at the restaurant, or grab a coffee at Starbucks is great. The only complaint I have is the workout room was pretty lacking and some of the equipment was missing parts so we couldn’t really get the workout we had hoped for. Aside from that however, everything was good. Will definitely continue staying here.

A very nice hotel, comfortable bed, great location, nice variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. The hot tub wasn’t working but other than that it’s a nice place to stay in Branson.

We found a live cockroach on the mattress. I informed the front desk. We also had water leaking in the bathroom, which maintenance checked out and it was coming from the room above us. Water was all over the bathroom floor and the carpet in the entry. This hotel is not set up to accommodate someone with a walker. They had to walk too far to get to their room.

Didn't like having to evacuate twice in the 3 days because people setting off the fire alarm while using micro vave and setting off alarm. They shouldn't have microwave in hallway there met to be inside rooms.

Everything was good but the room didn’t have a desk chair (where we can sit and work on desk). After repeated reminders I got it after 24 hours.

When I arrived at property, a lady was at front desk yelling about bed bugs. Staff handled it badly by calling security instead of handling it discreetly. Second, when my elderly 85 year old father and I returned from our evening out. Above our room was continuous children running which sounded like a herd up there. Then finally, next morning early, two elevators are not working. It took an hour for us to get down stairs to check out which causes us to miss church. Everytime the two elevators that were working opened up, they were completely packed. People were taking stairs but my crippled up father cannot do stairs. What if there was a fire??? Left very upset, over all bad experience.

It’s a clean but dated property. The elevators were great until check out time. Then they were incredibly congested but that is my fault for waiting to check out until the last minute. The pool area is very small for such a large hotel. So, it was packed and hard to enjoy. Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay. The price was definitely right. So, I’d likely stay again.
