Randy, the caucasian, at the front desk is clearly unstable. I was charged for 2 nights when I was only staying 1. He didn’t want to give me my money back, He tried to take advantage of me. Then, after being really nice to him, he tried to put on a charade & call me names & did bad acting for the cameras that he claimed were there. It was completely bizarre. It’s an incredibly unsafe hotel. When I told him I couldn’t stay there another night that I felt unsafe & gave him reasons why one of them was because we were locked out of the only lobby the front lobby where guests come in. It’s locked at nightfall we had to go through a dark parking lot around to the side of the building walk all the way down the opposite hallway of our room as soon as you walk in the smell of smoke and marijuana smack you in the face. The room didn’t smell like smoke so that was good but by the time you walk all over the place, you could’ve been robbed raped or mugged anything. He tried to say it was for my safety. If it was for my safety, they would’ve let us in the front lobby where it would be normal to let us in. Instead, they lock it up Because it’s so unsafe. He tried to say it was for my safety & that Branford was safe. then why did the hotel lock the only lobby? There was no way into the building except for the side doors. It’s ridiculous. I get the employee needs to be safe, so do guests! luckily, Corporate Motel 6 refunded me the overcharge.

Online states check out is at 12 (noon) but staff at hotel said it 11AM. House keeping was very rude even after showing them why were were not out by 11AM.

Terrible Experience
I made a reservation for two friends, one of whom is in a wheelchair. The attendant required more documentation for the guests than I have ever seen, and the wheelchair guest was turned away. I was able to cancel the charges, but this was an awful experience for a woman who is dying of cancer.

After a long and tiring drive, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of Glenda, the evening receptionist at Motel 6. Her friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality instantly put me at ease, making me feel right at home. Glenda went above and beyond to facilitate my reservation, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
