The Crown itself is a wonderful pub with rooms upstairs we had one of the boutique rooms and it was great , spacious, clean , roll top bath and shower We ate in the restaurant and the food and service were amazing, I had the fish and chips which were probably the best I have ever had , and I’ve had a few !! Overall fantastic stay . WE WILL be back"

"I by chance happened upon this home stay because I needed to be in the Orpington area, it sounded so much more welcoming than a travel lodge. Pat was there to meet and greet, all was warm and comfortable, a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Easy to park and Pat willing to help and advise on the area. Would definitely recommend. "

"10 ⭐️ property - excellent room, comfy beds, easy check in and check out, next to practically the best restaurants in London (Italian, Thai, bars & pub food etc.) and at least 8 convenience stores within 1 minute walk. A cell phone store across the street so we could buy adaptors and cords. Plus bus stops and train station all within blocks of the hotel. We bought beer and ice and they provided a container we could use! Kindness and hospitality galore. We stayed 3 days and would definitely stay...

"The place was great. I bought the breaker buffet and was disappointed that more than one there was no food at 8am. There was a lady running it the only time it was stocked. The other times, I had to wait, was told to just order what I want, or just not get the items I wanted. That was my only issue. "
