Hotel berdekatan Brackenhurst Shopping Centre

"Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing."

"Fantastic place to be. Regarding the owners, you can't meet better folks. Thanks Annie for your honesty and care!"

"Excelente custo benefício"

"Clean and welcoming"

"All was good, the reception ladies were friendly."

"I enjoyed my stay.Very clean rooms, warm and friendly staff. I give it 5/5."

"We booked and paid for four nights (non-refundable). Stayed one. We had booked a King non-smoking room but were given a smoky, stinky double room, where my feet were off the edge of the bed. A truly uncomfortable night. Check-in claimed that I had callled earlier to request an upgrade to a suite, which I clearly had not and hence did not have my King room available and that we needed to pay for the upgrade. Long story short, we fled first thing and paid again for another hotel. BEWARE!!"

"My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again"

"the place was very secured ,but was not happy with cleanness of the room our tea cups were dirty there were no teaspoons for the tea, there was not even a bar fridge in our room not even an ice machine that we could use"

"everything was just great, hotel is located in a very beautiful position"
