I liked that it was in walking distance from the Park station. I did not enjoy the food and was happy to not have purchased the free breakfast. The room was fine. Disappointed that the balcony was unavailable due to staff unable to locate the key. The views from the room and rooftop were magnificent.

I liked the balcony, I was able to get a wonderful view of the area at night. Although I did not make use of the gym, it looked like it was a great workout space. The entire upper floor was lovely!

Best couple date

The stay in Anew hotel was amazing and great, we had a joyful, loving and extraordinary stay. The problem was the shower water it was not hot enough to have a warn bath besides that everything was wonderful and 👌. The hotel have an amazing attractive swimming pool 😍.

Amazing stay. Nice staff, everything tidy, clean, organized. I forgot the safe open with all my dollar bills inside, and the cleaning lady took them to the manager who returned me all the money safely. I'm deeply grateful.

The hotel itself, staff and facilities are great but there is a general feeling of not being too safe outside of the hotel and walking in its environs. The security staff of the hotel are very helpful in advising people who choose to venture about on their own on measures of safety.

If you need comfort zone, book ANEW Hotel

Our stay was great, staff were very friendly and of good assistance. Your parking area is too far from the rooms especially when it is loadshedding. The past 2 days of our stay the water in our room was cold and we reported that to the manager during checkout, she apologies and requested us to report any problems as soon as we encounter the problem.

We read a few reviews of this hotel before deciding to stay. The area it is in isn't entirely safe however that suited us as we were there for a few days, had a few excursions planned and it was at the end of our South African holiday and staying in to eat wasn't an issue. In fact the food and service at the hotel was first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had a wonderful range of food and dinner was excellent . The service quality and price couldn't be faulted.

Amazing and super friendly staff. The lady in the front desk is so nice and also all the guys. They stored my luggage after checking out and were always smiling and kind. Also other staff was super nice and restaurant dinner was great and breakfest even better. One of my top hotel experiences. Rooms were also huge and felt like a big apartment. AC works perfect and fast wifi all over the hotel. Gym is also nice bonus but I wish they would buy more big weights for the muscular men. Neighbourhood is nice with many bars, clubs and friensly people.

The staff was so nice and great to me. The hotel was older and dirty. There were a lot of things they could have done to make it better. My tv wouldn’t cut off I had to unplug it from the wall to get it to go off. The balcony door won’t shut. The couch looked like it was falling apart. The pool chairs were broken. No towels up there. Just a lot of missed things.

The hotel is excellent, as is the staff. Unfortunately the area around the hotel is not the cleanest. If one is only using Uber or Cabs or Tour Groups, then this works well.
