We had a wonderful experience at Gold Reef City. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing, great food. An added benefit was the access to the park on each day of our stay. They have some great rides which our kids thoroughly enjoyed. A memorable stop on our family vacation.

Was disappointed at the number of rides for the kids were under maintenence. Also the staff at the Theme Park at most of the rides are not the friendliest of people. The hotel staff are friendly and the hotel check in process is efficient

Very convenient with comfortable & spacious rooms, in the middle of the amusement park with great breakfast. The kids had the best time and we enjoyed the easy access to all the entertainment. Friendly and helpful staff added a lot to a great experience.

Gold Reef City Theme Park Hotel

Greeted with a warm and friendly welcome on arrival. The hotel offers a shuttle from/to the parking area and to/from the Gold Reef City Casino. The park is well maintained. All facilities and walkways are kept very clean which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast at Barney’s Restaurant offered a wide variety of choices.

“Fantastic trip and stay! I would highly recommend it to anyone. The location is extremely convenient with easy access to both the park and the casino. The room was good. Check in time according to Hotels.com ends at 9:30. We were there before 9:30 and were told the room would only be ready at 2pm It caused major inconvenience as we were not ready for the day. And had to change on the bathrooms.

The guybat reception did not know what he was doing.and upon booking no1 tells you that the theme park rides are all closed on monday and we booked to spend the day on monday on the rides which was bad
