"Very clean room, staff goes above and beyond for your comfort. Nice pool with good bartenders. The bar staff was friendly, music was fun and can be heard everywhere if that is not your scene this gem isn't for you and you should stay outside entertainment district for me it was what i was looking for. Location is perfectly for LGBTQ community and our allies close to many restaurants, shops and scenery. Free trolly for further locations on Centrsl Ave. This is my fourth time and happily satisfied and coming back again."

"Modern property. Very walkable, lots to do in the neighborhood! The room itself could’ve been cleaner. I don’t expect a “white glove“ clean but the nightstand hadn’t been dusted in sometime. There is what looked like make-up on the light switch in the bathroom. Little things like that. Didn’t go to the pool, but it looked nice. Full kitchen, walked to the grocery store and was able to cook my meals."

"Pros: Excellent position on St Pete beach. Miles of beautiful white sand and warm water. Very low waves and shallow water so excellent for kids. Not at all crowded (May 6-May 13). Helpful staff. Cons: Pools were small so got crowded and sometimes hard to find a chair to sit in (lots of pools though). Parking is $25/day, but so are all the other hotels in the area. Chairs/Umbrellas on the beach were complimentary only for rows 2 and 3, but not first row (the kids working those were great btw). Delayed check out was $20/hour past 11:00am. These are nickel and dime'ing considering the cost of the hotel itself."

"Our room was exceptionally clean. People at check-in were very friendly. Had a problem with the television they sent someone up immediately. The location for downtown St. Petersburg was wonderful. The guys who did ballet Parking works exceptionally nice and understanding. We would stay here again I highly recommend it."
